Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Period:
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products) are excluded from returns.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Please send your return request to info@gungripsusa.com by email.
Once your request is approved, you may send the product back to us via courier.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
